but also for senior citizens, adults and teens. Unfortunately adverse
situations can happen to anyone of any age. We especially need this
information for our elderly loved ones that have been stricken with
Alzheimer’s or Dementia. This kit holds all important information looked-for
by medical or law enforcement personal incase of an emergency and should
be kept in a safe and accessible place so if ever needed.
The kit is 8 1/4”x 5 3/4(when folded in half) with a 5” x 8” area for
fingerprinting that gives plenty of room for rolled prints and flat
prints. There is room for a 2” x 2” photo (same as passport size) and
has a section for personal, medical, dental and emergency contact information.
It comes with a 5” x 3” non-toxic disposable ink strip.
