Refund & Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please
contact us within 30 days of the original invoice date to receive a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can do that by
either e-mailing us at
customerservice@familysafetyfirst.com or by calling 719-481-0084
for a full refund on the product purchased less any shipping charges
that may have occurred. All exchanges and returns require an RMA
number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. You
must contact Family Safety First for an RMA number within 30 days
of the original invoice date. If we don’t hear from you we will
assume that we have meet our guarantee and all sales are then final.
The returned merchandise must be received within 15 business
days of the RMA issue date. When returning the product, it is
recommended that you choose to use a carrier that can track the
package in case of any shipping problems. You will also be
responsible for shipping costs as well as insuring the returned item
for your protection. Products are sold with their individual
manufacturer’s warranties that will vary by manufacture and product.
Credit Card Refund
Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to
the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2
billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
